Q. What is our Quality Policy?
A. At ULTIMO we make sure that every part matches its rare combination of the product.
We believe in philosophy that customers come first, giving utmost attention to our products we ensure that they reflect the quality of service our customers expect from us.
Q. How is the quality of our leather and how do we get it?
A. Some of our products are made with Cow/Buffalo-hides and some with Sheep/Lamb skins.
We purchase fine grade hides and transform them into beautiful leather apparel and accessories.
Q. Are these jackets in stock?
A. Most of our designs are Pre-Sale items and we manufacture them for you before shipment. Only a handful are at our Chicago US stock that are hot selling ones.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. We use Priority courier services cuch as DHL, FedEx, USPS and if a jacket has to be manufactured, it usually takes no more than 7-10 business days to reach your door step.
However natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances may delay the order of which you would be instantly intimated.
Similarly an item readily available in our US or UK warehouses may expedite the shipping process and delivery can be made with 4 working days

A. Yes we ship our products worldwide through reliable courier & postal services like DHL, FedEx, UPS etc on very competitive rates. Sometimes we use local postal services for faster domestic deliveries such as USPS in USA and Royal Mail in UK.
As soon the order is dispatched a tracking number is provided usually within 2 business days.
Q. Where can I look for information on the order I placed?
A. Your Order Confirmation email contains the detail price of each item, shipping charges and your order number.
